Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 days** of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have another **14 days** to return the items.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be **unused**, in original packaging, and in **resalable condition**
- Include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)
- Certain items are **non-returnable**, such as:
  - Custom-built or personalised components
  - Opened software or digital downloads
  - Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. thermal paste)
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within **30 days** of delivery
- We’ll offer a **repair, replacement, or full refund**
- After 30 days, we may offer a repair or partial refund depending on the issue

Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at info@retro-computing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address
3. Package the item securely and send it back within **14 days**

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within **14 days** of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original delivery charges are refunded only if the entire order is returned

Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping
- If returning for other reasons (e.g. changed mind), you are responsible for all shipping costs.
